OUR KITS
Virtually all our kits are suitable for both beginners and experienced stitchers, though we do assume that you have a basic knowledge of the relevant stitches.  If you don’t, the embroidery kits contain illustrated instructions.  For cross stitch, please refer to our cross stitch guidance notes, which will help.  

Some of our larger kits are likely to keep you occupied for rather a long time - in some cases, getting on for 100 hours.  But that must make them exceptionally good value for money!

We are regularly adding new kits to the ranges.

CONTENTS - CROSS STITCH KITS

Fabric - Aida, with 14 holes per inch (25mm), unless specified as 18 h.p.i.
Threads - DMC threads, ready sorted on the organiser card (unlike many other suppliers).
Needle - individually wrapped.
Pattern - most are printed on several sheets for greater clarity.  We are often complemented, even by very experienced stitchers, on the quality of our charts.

MEASUREMENTS
Most measurements are given only in inches.  One inch (1”) = approx. 25mm.

KIT PRICES
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling (£).  Because of the high cost of currency conversion, we ask for payment in pounds sterling, by credit/debit card using either the PayPal buttons beside each product, or our order form, or by cheque in pounds sterling , or phone your card details to +44 (0)1270 811059

POSTAGE
We charge only £2.50 per order, irrespective of how many items you order at one time.
We regret that we cannot mail embroidery frames to addresses outside the UK.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the same condition as supplied and in its original wrapping.  We will be pleased to exchange it for a similarly priced kit, or a more expensive kit on payment of the difference, but return postage will be charged.
However, if the kit was faulty, we will refund the purchase price plus your return postage costs, if you request this.

UK customers - your statutory rights are not affected by these provisions.
