Cross Stitch and Craft Kits

OUR KITS
Virtually all our kits are suitable for both beginners and experienced stitchers, though we do assume you have a basic knowledge of cross stitch. If you don’t, please refer to our cross stitch guidance notes, which will help if you are a complete novice. Some of our larger kits are likely to keep you occupied for rather a long time - in some cases, getting on for 100 hours. But that must make them exceptionally good value for money!

KIT CONTENTS
Fabric - Aida, with 14 holes per inch (25mm), unless specified as 18 h.p.i.
Threads - DMC threads, ready sorted on the organiser card (unlike many other suppliers).
Needle - individually wrapped.
Pattern - most are printed on several sheets for greater clarity. We are often complemented, even by very experienced stitchers, on the quality of our charts.

MEASUREMENTS
Most measurements are given only in inches. One inch (1”) = 25mm.

KIT PRICES
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling (£). Because of the high cost of currency conversion, we prefer payment either in pounds sterling, or by credit/debit card.

POSTAGE
We charge only £2.00 per order for UK cross stitch kit and/or accessory orders, and £4.00 per order for all other countries, irrespective of how many items you order at one time. However, UK postage for embroidery frames (or for any orders including frames) is £3.00.
We regret that we cannot mail embroidery frames to addresses outside the UK.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the same condition as supplied. We will be pleased to exchange it for a similarly priced kit, or a more expensive kit on payment of the difference, but return postage will be charged. However, if the kit was faulty, we will refund the purchase price plus your return postage costs, if you request this. UK customers - your statutory rights are not affected by these provisions.
