    postage.  Then please post to us with your cheque, or phone for credit/debit card orders.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the same condition as supplied.  We will be pleased to exchange it for a similarly priced kit, or a more expensive kit on payment of the difference, but postage will be charged.  However, if the kit was faulty, we will refund the purchase price plus your return postage costs, if you request this.
UK customers - your statutory rights are not affected by these provisions.
